Critter cam update

So sorry...I posted a cam that looked out on my bird feeders, then promptly took it down. My laptop died, so I had to go get another one and set it up. The cam is back up now. I am waiting for an HD camera to arrive in the mail this week, so the quality will be better. I am going to use this camera to broadcast live painting sessions in my studio, so stay tuned for updates.

In the meantime, enjoy the chaos outside my window.

Just for grins, and partly because some people did not believe me when I told them about the animals that visit my porch, I set up a webcam. Yesterday was the first day, and there was a sparring fight between two bucks, right in front of the camera!

The resolution is not very good, so I am looking for a better set up, but you can still see what is going on. Pardon the pop up ads, but that is why it is free...

Pastel on Wallis paper, 4x4

My New Year's resolution is to try to paint something challenging every week. These will be small paintings that hopefully don't take more than a few hours. Why marbles? I think the challenge of glass, light, and the shape is an amazing challenge.
