Last year, my dear friend, Kathy, took time out of her busy schedule to take me to the Washington Zoo. There, I photographed their pandas for hours. This pencil is of Tai Shan, the 3 year old. I work a little on it every night, so who knows when it will be finished!!! This piece is like the horse I did earlier, it is done with a charcoal/graphite mix pencil.
